We have been using Express Time since the fall of 2003. Prior to that time, we had another computer program for tracking our employees. However, it was very unpredictable and often would go down without notice. As many of you know, that is a real problem when trying to do payroll. There are many aspects of E.T. that I love. Probably the best feature is the technical support that I’ve been able to have right away. I’ve been in the middle of payroll and had a problem and it was solved so quickly that my employees, not only didn’t miss a check, but the check wasn’t delayed. With over 100 employees, that’s really important!
